Dhanwantari Kerala Ayurved has tailored various courses to impart the knowledge of ayurveda to the common man. Though India has a number of colleges imparting this knowledge to graduate and undergraduate students, there was no solution available to the common man. Sensing the need for an institute which could offer certificate courses for the same, Dr. Namrata devised these special courses to impart training to foreign as well as local people. This program is also designed to train therapists already proficient in Western massage and spa techniques. All trainings are conducted personally by Dr. Namrata (BAMS - Mumbai). These courses are meant to benefit person from all walks of life especially those interested in working for five star hotels and health clubs & also to those who are looking for an alternative career. The treatment of advanced diseases requires a deep knowledge of ayurveda and should not be attempted with only a basic knowledge of any medicinal science. These courses will empower you to make the differentiation. We can make specific changes as desired by our trainees. He / She can choose subjects of his/her interest from the
following list of courses also. We can arrange customized training program on subjects of personal interest.
Training Methodology:
The courses include practical training, expert lectures by highly qualified team of doctors, individual demonstration on different procedures of
Panchakarma therapy on trainee him/herself and training material. One can register for multiple courses at the same time. We shall provide you with a certificate upon completion of the program - on condition of attendance and completion of the course. We confirm that after your training you will be able to practice as an Ayurveda Therapist in order to help yourself and others. In case of overseas students accommodation can be arranged depending on the number of days of course selected.

All their courses are accredited by the International Therapist Council (I.T.C) entitling one to practice in most countries internationally. They are also a registered training provider under the Health and Welfare SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) under SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority).
International Academy of Health and Skin Care offers full and
part time training in Health and Skin Care Therapy. They have training sites
in Cape Town as well as Sandton. and offer a two-year full time post-matric
course with an optional post-graduate third year. In this year students can
specialise in Medical Aesthetics as well as advanced Spa Therapies. Learners
can also join them after grade 9 to complete their last three years of school
in two years. They do two lanuages and the rest are all Beauty Therapy
subjects. After that they do their third year with international
qualifications. This way they qualify at a much earlier age. They also offer

Joanna Castle is a Californian Reiki Master Teacher now living in Kalk Bay, Cape Town. She studied Aromatherapy with Victoria Edwards, founder of the American Aromatherapy Association and author of "The Aromatherapy Companion", Flower Essences with Star Reparetti, founder of Star Essences, and Patricia Meyer, international speaker. She is the co-founder of the "A Gathering of Women", and recently attended the first REIKI MASTERS CONGRESS in Japan. She is also an internationally certified Veriditas Labyrinth facilitator, trained under Lauren Artess of San Francisco. Joanna offers workshops on Reiki and Flower Essences.

It can be used to achieve total relaxation as well as cure specific ailments in the system. Thai Massage is becoming more and more sought after in the Spa industry because of its effectiveness in maintaing wellness.
