Recently completely refurbished, this historic Cape Dutch manor house overlooks the scenic Constantia Valley with its vineyards and forests stretching all the way to False Bay.

Guests are accommodated either in the main Manor House which includes 6 spacious suites and an elegant presidential suite or in one of several cottages tucked away in the Manor's lush garden. Superb service, comfort and calm are our defining characteristics.

Stillness Manor is an ideal location from which to explore the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands region.

The experience that Stillness Spa offers is focused on personalised treatment regimes. Therapies are carefully chosen to satisfy each individual's needs. Due to their meticulous methods they are able to create an environment that entirely eradicates any residual stress or urban discomfort.
