Elements on Kloof
Below Table Mountain, away from the hubbub of Kloof Street, Elements takes its décor inspiration from the magnificent fauna and flora of the Western Cape.
Wood and stone are set off by moss and sage colours, while rich velvets enhance the pampering and tactile ethos of the salon.
Alarmed by the increasing levels of touch deprivation spreading throughout our high-tech society, three internationally experienced skin therapists started Elements on Kloof, a skin-care clinic dedicated to touch therapy.
Although a lot of focus is placed on treating pigmentation, acne and ageing. More and more clients are choosing pampering, touch-intensive treatments such as hot-stone massage, aromasoul or indian head massage.
At Elements on Kloof you will experience wholeness of the body and true harmony of mind and soul, ultimately allowing you to radiate your inner beauty.
Their large male clientele allows them to create unique treatments that target male-specific skin conditions. All face treatments include grooming i.e. brow shaping and waxing of nose and ear hair.
They also offer non-surgical facelifts - one system is the CACI (Computer-Aided Cosmetology Instrument) machine; the other is the Hydradermie Lift machine. Even if you do opt for the scalpel, these treatments can help with the post-surgery healing process. The treatment also stimulates blood circulation, which helps improve muscle tone and counteracts dryness.
Their philosophy is in embracing all the aspects of well-being. They aim to bring about balance in each soul-soothing skin treatment by using nurturing massage, calming aromatic scents and relaxing music.
