Sanpark - Rehabilitation Clinic - Klerksdorp
Sanpark is dedicated to specialist programmes for alcohol and drug problems, providing affordable treatment and outcome options. Sanpark also provides a nurturing environment, creating a peaceful, quiet, and relaxed atmosphere.
Services are provided for children, adolescents, adults and the aged; delivered in the three main languages of the North West Province. Sanpark has a unique programme for people who are illiterate.
Sanpark believes that substance abuse, crime and AIDS are the most significant factors that threaten our community's well being.
With this in mind it aims to:
- Protect people's sense of belonging
- Include knowledge and skills in every program
- Emphasize every person's right to make his/her own decisions and to take responsibility for these choices
- Give maximum empowerment and motivate people to support others with problems, as well as combating this threat
- Share and re-arrange the existing resources to serve the community to the maximum
