This estate boasts it's own renowned, working winery, which produces a selection of fine wines.
The Rosendal Winery produces and markets wines for local consumption at the Retreat, as well as for export to Scandinavia. Their main focus is red varieties with a focus on the Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and the Merlot grape.
The view over the estate's dam, with the backdrop of the mountains, provides the setting for Rosendal's Restaurant. Colonial style décor incorporates all the historical architectural features of the old winery.
