NB: Before proceeding you need your Voyager Number and pin (password) to access the site. If you do not have these you must contact the SAA Voyager call center on 011 978 1234.

1) Go to www.flysaa.com and select your language.



2) Login to the SAA Voyager site with your Voyager Number and pin (password).



3) Once the page has loaded click the "VIEW MORE" link in the "Awards" column.



4) Once the page has loaded click the "ISSUE" link in the "Issue a non-air award" column.



5) On the right select the "Lifestyle" option from the "Award Type" drop down and click the CONTINUE button.



6) On the right select the "Health Spas Guide" option from the "Award Type" drop down and click the SUBMIT button.



7) On the right select the voucher option you want from the "Award Type" drop down:
R 250 voucher = Classic 7,000 miles
R 500 voucher = Silver 14,000 miles
R 750 voucher = Gold 22,000 miles
R 1,250 voucher = Premium 35,000 miles
Enter your first name and last name and click the SUBMIT button.



8) Check the details are correct and click the CONTINUE button.



9) A popup will appear asking if you want to proceed to the Health Spas Guide website - click the YES button.



10) You should now be on the Health Spas Guide website. You can no choose the look of the voucher and also personalise it.



11) Please ensure you fill in all required fields and then click the Continue button.



12) Please check that all the details are correct and click the Complete Order button.



13) Congratulations! Your miles have been redeemed and the voucher has been emailed to the address provided by you in step 11. When making a booking you will need to quote the number on the voucher.
